All items are made in the United States. Depending on the item ordered, your fabric may be shipped to South Carolina or to California for processing.
We work with you to ensure that what you are shipping in will work for the items you want. When you are trying to maximize the use of a small piece of cherished fabric we offer supplimental fabrics at a small cost so that your memory item can go farther.
While we have no control over the postal service we do everything we can to ensure that your item is carefully packaged and shipped with priority mail, providing you with both a tracking number and the option to purchase additional insurance if you desire.
Once fabric has been received, our turn around time is about two weeks. For larger orders, we will work with you to do our best to estimate when your items will be shipped. As it is available we do offer limited rush orders for an additional fee.
We do not. There are so many talented seamstresses out there that offer these items! Our business is built around items that are meant to be used as part of your everyday life for those who want to carry their memories with them.
We offer two options for any extra fabric. You may opt to have it returned to you along with your items, or you may “bank” it with us to have used in the creation of future orders.
Although we do everything in our power to create items that will last for many years, one of our biggest joys is to see a well worn item. That means that that item has allowed it’s owner to carry that memory into their daily life rather than park it on a shelf.
